Teacher Requirements

Requirements:

Must be American born.
Certified ESL teacher or teaching degree
Be able to adapt to new type training environment
Willing to spend a year in China

We do not require people who have already taught in China or abroad. We require people who can identify with young educated Chinese adults, most can read and write English already. If you are accepted, you will spend two days in our Chicago training office and then leave directly for China.

Position details are:

Monthly salary: 4,000 – 8,300 RMB depending on experience ( 8.27RMB are equal to one US dollar)
Round trip airfare: for one year contract or one way for 6 month contract
Sponsor: Visa, work permit
Insurance: medical & health
Accommodations: Room provided
Start date: June, 2005
