Founded in 1999, Hawthorn Consultants, Inc. (HCI), was started to fill the void created due to the many consumer industry consolidations and reductions that were impacting business at that time. Today, many companies need to move ahead with new products and programs, but find that they do not have adequately trained staff to complete the challenge. This is where HCI fits in.

We fill the void with experienced business managers working on the client company projects. HCI begins each project with a time analysis and projected cost, then work in the companies environment to complete the project to their satisfaction. Our business managers conduct weekly meetings with client management to update them on the progress of each project. This prevents cost overruns and ensures that the client stays committed to completion of the project. HCI has worked on projects the last as little as one week and some that have lasted for more than a year.
