Gerald J Kubicki is founder and President of HCI. His first job was working in the family grocery store at age eight. He has been working in consumer products companies ever since. A graduate of New York State University at Plattsburgh, Jerry went on to Hofstra University for his graduate degree (MBA). He went to work for The Quaker Oats Company in New York and spent ten years moving through management. At Turtle Wax Inc., he started a retail division and eventually becomes Vice President of North America. Tenneco Packaging, now Pactiv, was his next stop. There he worked in the EZ Foil and other divisions. After 30 years in corporate life, he started HCI. He holds many certificates of achievement and has been a speaker at many industry functions. He has also been a member of the GMDC advisory board and the NFBA general merchandise advisory board.
